Number Plate Company is part of Eighty Seventy Facilities Management Ltd / Abbott & Rowlands. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as purchasing from our website means that you agree to them. In these terms and conditions Eighty Seventy Facilities Management Ltd are called “Eighty Seventy”. These terms and conditions apply to all purchasers and event participants who register with Number Plate Company.

 

In these terms and conditions purchasers are also be referred to as “you”. By purchasing a product or registering you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading the details and description regarding the purchase contained on the website www.numberplatecompany.co.uk and any other information that may be sent to you by Eighty Seventy / Abbott & Rowlands and agree that you clearly understand what you have purchased.

The goods you purchase:

• The description of the Goods is as set out in the Website, catalogues, brochures or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the goods supplied.

• In the case of any goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate.

• All goods which appear on the Website are subject to availability.

• We can make changes to the goods which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.

Liability and Loss

 

• We cannot accept any liability or loss from any purchase of products.

Refund Policy

• Any product purchased can be returned within 14 days as long as the item is in a re-sellable condition or has become faulty through no fault of your own.

• We cannot refund if number plates have been drilled from the from causing the reflective back to come away. Plates MUST be drilled from the back.

• We cannot refund once the plates have been made and later find out the incorrect information was given to us by yourself

• Returns postage is paid by you the customer. Once the product is received and checked, a refund will be issued to the same account as used to purchase the product.

Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel purchase of your product, you must do so immediately by contacting us enquire@numberplatecompany.co.uk or 01695 624688 otherwise your payment and delivery will be processed.

• Once we have made your number plates the order cannot be cancelled or if you have given the incorrect information.

Delivery

​

• Some products purchased come with free delivery which can take 3-5 working days. You may be asked if you would like to pay for faster delivery times, these will be made aware to you at checkout. All deliveries will be via Royal Mail or courier service. Purchases are processed on the same day as purchase but for next day delivery there may be a 4pm cut off whcih will be stated at checkout
